Method of Preparation:
1. Wash 4-5 cups of matki or mixed sprouts. Cook them in a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt and turmeric for 10 minutes.
2. In a kadhai, add 500g of Mimasa Misal/Usal Ready Gravy/Curry Paste and cook until oil separates.
3. Add the cooked sprouts along with 1500ml of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

Serving Style: Pour the ready Misal/Usal Curry into a serving bowl. Add mixed Farsan, chopped onions, and tomatoes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with Pav (Bun) and a slice of lemon.

This product has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture and should be refrigerated after opening. Store in a cool and dry place. Consume within 5-6 days after opening the pack. Please do not consume if the inner pouch is puffed.
