  • INGREDIENTS:
    – Water
    – Onion (16%)
    – Sunflower Oil
    – Spl. Biryani Masala
    – Tomato
    – Red Chilli Powder
    – Lodised Salt
    – Fresh Coriander & Mint Leaves
    – Garam Masala
    – Mixed Condiments
    – Contains Preservatives (INS 211)
    – Spices Permitted Class

    METHOD OF PREPARATION:
    1. Marination:
    – In a mixing bowl, add 1 tsp salt and turmeric to 500 gms of mixed vegetables or biryani cut meat pieces. Mix well.
    – Add 100gms of hung curd and 200gms of Mimasa Hyderabadi Biryani Masala Ready Gravy Curry Paste to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
    – Allow the marinated mixture to rest for 15-20 minutes.

    2. Cooking:
    – Heat 2-4 tbsp ghee or oil in a kadhai or thick-bottomed vessel.
    – Add the marinated veggies or chicken/mutton to the kadhai and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
    – Adjust the consistency by adding water as required. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until done.
    – Add salt to taste if required.

    3. Layering:
    – In a separate thick-bottomed vessel, add 2-3 tbsp of ghee.
    – Spread a layer of the prepared gravy on the bottom of the vessel.
    – Spread 80% cooked basmati rice evenly over the gravy layer.
    – Sprinkle some fresh coriander and mint leaves, barista (fried onions), and fried cashews over the rice.
    – Repeat the layers of gravy and rice.
    – Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame, allowing the flavors to blend together.
    – Garnish with barista and serve hot!

    Best Before 9 Months From Date of Manufacture. Keep Refrigerated After Opening Pack. Store In Cool And Dry Place. Consume Within 5-6 Days After Opening The Pack. Do Not Consume If Inner Pouch Is Puffed.
